1. Before You Enroll: Educational Nature of the Program
Important Medical & Mental Health Boundaries
The Operating Manual Method is strictly an educational coaching and self-inquiry framework. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychological counseling, or psychiatric treatment.
While Dr. Rina Shinn is a trained and credentialed medical doctor with a background in surgical practice, participation in The Operating Manual Method does not establish a physician-patient relationship, therapist-client relationship, or any confidential clinical healthcare relationship between you and Dr. Rina Shinn or any associated entity.
The surgical terminology used throughout this program — including but not limited to terms such as “Diagnosis,” “Incision,” “Débridement,” “Reconstruction,” and “Rehabilitation” — is employed exclusively as a philosophical and conceptual teaching metaphor for personal inquiry and lifestyle design. Nothing in this program should be construed as medical or surgical guidance.
